Mark a client as a no-show
Record that a client did not arrive, after giving them the allowed grace time.

In short
- Wait until the appointment start and the salon's grace time have passed.

- The no-show takes effect immediately, updates reporting, and becomes part of the client's history.
Marking a no-show changes the appointment from confirmed to no-show. It leaves the Needs review list, counts in no-show metrics, and is no longer treated as confirmed service revenue. If the booking includes a no-show fee the client accepted, Gloa may also try to collect it; the status change still succeeds when the fee cannot be collected. The fee can be collected for up to 14 days after the appointment. Once that has passed the absence can still be recorded, but the fee can no longer be taken.

- You reviewed the booking's saved terms
- Wait until the appointment start and the salon's grace time have passed. The no-show action is not available before then.
- Try to reach the client if there is a reasonable chance they are only late.
- Open the appointment and choose to mark the client as a no-show. A client who already checked in cannot be marked absent.
- Choose the action only if the client truly did not attend. It takes effect immediately. Review the reported fee result separately; a configured fee still needs an eligible booking, finance permission, and a payment method that can complete the charge.
