In short

  • Choose when the client pays at booking; the service total does not change.
  • The client sees what is due now and what remains for later before confirming.
  • Your cancellation rule decides what happens after payment is collected.

Your choice changes when the client pays, not the service total. Before a client confirms, Gloa shows the exact amount due now and what remains for later.

Path: Payment settings › Booking payment choice

  1. Open your payment settings and find the booking payment choice.
  2. Choose no deposit, a share of the service total, a fixed amount, or the full total. The screen explains how each choice is collected.
  3. Enter the requested value when your choice needs one. The exact allowed figure and any adjustment are shown there.
  4. Save and review the client-facing booking summary so the timing of payment matches the promise you want to make.
