Choose one professional when the person matters, or leave the choice open to see times across the eligible team.

  • No preference is selected when you start a general booking.
  • A specific professional narrows the calendar to that person's working times.
  • No preference offers a time when at least one eligible professional is free.

Your choice of professional does not change the services in your booking. The review still shows the selected services and anything payable before you confirm.

  • You see only days and times that work for that person.
  • They must be eligible for every service in the visit.
  • You see the combined availability of eligible professionals.
  • One available professional can take the whole visit.
  1. Choose all the services you want, then continue to the schedule.
  2. Keep No preference selected, or choose the professional you want. A professional who cannot perform every selected service is not offered for that combination.
  3. Choose one of the days and times still available.
The professional I want is not listedCheck the services you selected. The list contains only active, bookable professionals who can perform the full selection.
My preferred time disappeared after I chose someoneThat person is not free for the full visit then. Choose another offered time or return to No preference.
