Why a booking time is not offered
Times reflect the full visit, the salon's hours, the professional's schedule and appointments already occupying the calendar.

In short
- A time appears only if the complete service selection fits.
- The salon's hours and schedule blocks apply to everyone; a professional's own hours apply when you choose that person.
- Existing appointments and bookings being paid for can make a time unavailable.
You are not charged for a time the final availability check refuses. A charge or card-saving step begins only after the booking passes that check, and the review shows what is payable first.
What can remove a time
- The salon is closed then, or has blocked that part of the schedule.
- The chosen professional is off, busy or outside their working hours.
- Your services do not all fit before closing or before another occupied period.
- Another pending or confirmed appointment overlaps the time.
- The time has already passed today.
- Switch from a specific professional to No preference. This shows a time when any eligible professional can take the full visit.
- Try another date if the day has no usable time.
- Review your service selection if a long visit has very few options.
