You can book as a guest. Here is what is different.

In short
- Guest booking is available only when the salon allows it.
- You provide your name, email address and phone number.
- Guest bookings do not collect loyalty points or include in-app messaging.
- Confirmations and reminders still arrive by email.
If a salon allows it, you can book without opening an account. You give your name, your email and your phone number, and that is enough to hold the appointment.
| Availability | The salon decides |
|---|---|
| Payment | Usually before the visit |
| Loyalty points | Not collected |
| Reminders | By email |
- Open the salon's own booking link and choose your services, professional and time.
- At the identity step, choose Book as a guest if it is offered. If the option is missing, this booking requires you to sign in or open an account.
- Enter the contact details shown. Your name, email address and phone number are all required.
- Read the booking documents and choices shown in the guest flow, then continue.
- Review the salon's payment choice, policies and total before confirming.
What is different as a guest
- You usually pay up front, because there is no account standing behind the booking. A salon can choose to let visitors from its own link pay on site instead.
- You will not collect loyalty points for the visit.
- You cannot message the salon inside Gloa. Messaging needs an account.
- Your confirmation and reminders still arrive by email exactly as they would otherwise.
