- Confirm the address with the short code sent to your email.
- Once confirmed, your account is ready for booking.
You need an account to keep your appointments in one place, message a salon, and collect rewards. It takes about a minute.
- Open Gloa and choose to sign up. Enter the email address you actually read, because that is where your appointment reminders go.
- Choose a password, then accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You can reread both at any time from your profile.
- We send a short code to your email. Type it into the app to confirm the address is yours.
- That is it. Your account is open and you can book straight away.
The code did not arrive

- Check your junk or spam folder first. That is where it is most of the time.
- Make sure the address has no typo in it. One wrong character and the code is sitting in somebody else's inbox.
- Codes expire after a while for your safety. If yours has, ask for a new one.
