Getting started

Open your account, set it up, and find your way around.

1. Open your account — Sign up with your email address and confirm it with a short code.
2. Set up your profile — Your name, photo and phone number, and who can see them.
3. Notifications and reminders — Choose push and in-app or email notifications separately for each kind of activity.
4. What Gloa is — Use Gloa to find salons and professionals, choose services and times, and keep your bookings together.
5. Change your profile details — Update your full name, profile photo, phone number and home address from your profile.
6. Choose your notification preferences — Choose push or email for booking updates, messages, promotions and reminders, and control push on the device that supports it.
7. Sign in on another device — Use the same account on another device, and sign out only the device you are finished with.
8. Switch between customer and professional — Use the customer side to browse and book, and the professional side to manage services and business work.
