Set up your profile

Your name, photo and phone number, and who can see them.

In short

  • Salons you book with see the name, photo and phone number in your profile.
  • Your photo is optional.
  • Saved changes apply immediately, including to existing bookings.

Your profile is what a salon sees when you book with them. Keeping it accurate is the difference between being greeted by name and being a line in a calendar.

Path: Profile › Edit profile

  1. Open your profile from the bottom of the app, then choose to edit it.
  2. Add a photo if you like. It is optional, and salons can serve you perfectly well without one.
  3. Add your phone number. A salon uses it if they need to reach you about today's appointment, for example if their power is out.
  4. Save. Your changes apply everywhere immediately, including at salons you have already booked with.
