Switch between customer and professional
Use the customer side to browse and book, and the professional side to manage services and business work.

In short
- Customer mode is the side that browses salons and makes customer bookings.
- Professional mode is the side for managing services and business work.
- If you are signed out, Profile shows For professionals instead of a switch because there is no signed-in account to change.
A customer booking must be made from the customer side. If you reach checkout while your account is on the professional side, Gloa asks for a customer account instead of placing the booking under a business role.
Switch to professional
- Open Profile on the customer side.
- Choose Switch to Professional and confirm. When you are signed out, choose For professionals to reach professional sign-in or setup instead.
Switch back to customer
- Open Profile on the professional side.
- Choose Switch to Customer and confirm.
