Marketing and loyalty

Bring clients back, build a rewards ladder, and run a promotion.

  1. Bring back clients who have gone quiet — Build a campaign for clients who have not returned, check who can receive it, and send now or later.
  2. Build your loyalty ladder — Choose how clients earn points, add milestones, and attach a reward to each one.
  3. Run a promotion — Build an offer, choose who and what it applies to, and control when clients see it.
  4. Know who you may contact — Separate appointment messages from marketing, and let the recorded consent decide who receives a campaign.
  5. Build a campaign and choose its audience — Choose a client group or specific clients, set the offer, and check the reachable audience before sending.
  6. Preview, schedule, stop, or delete a campaign — Review the audience before confirming, schedule a future send, cancel a draft or scheduled campaign, or delete a campaign that is not sending.
  7. Who receives a campaign — A client must belong to the chosen audience, have consent, have a reachable channel, and remain within the sending limits shown by your marketing settings.
  8. When win-back messages go out — Clients become eligible for the lapsed audience after your chosen return window, but no message goes out until you build and send or schedule a campaign.
  9. Choose points and rewards for your ladder — Set how points are earned, choose which services count, and add milestones with rewards before turning the program on.
  10. How a cancelled visit affects a client's points — Points are earned only when a visit is completed. If a completed visit is later changed to cancelled or no-show, the points from that booking are removed.
