More than one location

Add another address, move between them, and see what they share.

  1. Add a second location — Open another salon under the same business and start it with its own details, team, services and hours.
  2. Move between your locations — Use the location picker to change which salon you are working in. The app then shows that location's information and work.
  3. What your locations share — Your locations share one business connection and one bill. Their profiles, hours, services, teams and calendars remain separate; owners choose whether client records, messages and public location links are shared.
  4. Set hours and services for one location — Hours and services apply to the location currently selected. Switch first, then make and save that location's changes.
  5. Move a team member between locations — Move an active team member to another open location in the same business. Their title moves, but permissions and pay rate must be set again at the destination.
  6. Close a location without losing its history — Hide a location instead of deleting it. Clients can no longer find its page or use its public link, while existing bookings, clients and history stay in place.
  7. One bill for your whole business — Your business has one subscription across its locations. Billing shows the current price and the number of open locations included.
  8. When you cannot add another location — A new location can be refused when you do not own the current business, the account has reached its location limit, or the business has an unsettled subscription.
