When you cannot add another location
A new location can be refused when you do not own the current business, the account has reached its location limit, or the business has an unsettled subscription.

In short
- Add a location is available only from a location you own.
- Closed locations still count toward the account's location limit.
- An unsettled subscription can stop the business from opening another location.
- A refusal does not change the locations you already have.
Match the message to the fix
| “I do not see Add a location.” | Switch to a location you own. Managers and team members cannot add a location to an owner's business. |
|---|---|
| “This account has reached the number of locations it can hold.” | Contact Gloa from the profile and ask for the account's location limit to be reviewed. |
| “This company cannot open another location until its subscription is settled.” | Open Billing, review the notice and update the payment method or settle the amount shown there. |
| “That salon group is not yours.” | Return to a location you own and start Add a location from there. |
After fixing billing
- Return to Profile at a location you own.
- Open Add a location again.
- Complete and save the new location. If the same billing message returns, check the current status shown in Billing before trying again.
