Close a location without losing its history

Hide a location instead of deleting it. Clients can no longer find its page or use its public link, while existing bookings, clients and history stay in place.

In short

  • Hiding the page removes the location from search and stops its public link.
  • Bookings already on its calendar are not changed.
  • The location's clients and history are not deleted.
  • Billing is based on the locations that are open, so the location count updates after closure.

Before closing

  • Review every future appointment at this location
  • Tell affected clients about any change you need to make
  • Confirm that the correct location is selected

Path: Profile › Business profile › Page visibility

  1. Switch to the location you are closing.
  2. Open Business profile and find Page visibility.
  3. Turn Page visibility off and confirm Hide page. This does not cancel or move appointments already on the calendar.
  4. Handle any future appointments that can no longer take place there.
“Clients can still see appointments they booked.”That is expected. Hiding the page does not alter existing bookings; update those appointments separately if needed.
