Send a photo or voice message
Show the salon what you mean with a photo, or record a quick voice note.

In short
- Add a photo from an open conversation and check its preview before sending.
- Choose the microphone when no text is waiting, then record or cancel your voice note.
- Photos and voice notes are deleted with their messages.
Send a photo
- Open the conversation and choose to add a photo. Allow access to your photos if your device asks.
- Choose the image and check the preview. Add a caption if it will help the salon understand what to look at.
- Send it. If the upload fails, the conversation tells you rather than leaving a broken photo behind.
Before you send
- Make sure the photo shows only what you want to share with the salon.
- Remove private details from the image and caption.
Send a voice note
- With no text waiting to be sent, choose the microphone. Allow microphone access if asked.
- Record your note. You can cancel it without sending if you want to start over.
- Send when you are ready. The voice message appears in the conversation and can be played there.
For a clear recording
- Move somewhere quiet enough for the salon to hear you.
- Keep sensitive information out of the recording.
