Reply to a specific message
Quote the salon's message so your answer keeps the right context.

In short
- Swipe a message toward the centre of the screen to prepare a quoted reply.
- On a computer, right-click the message and choose Reply.
- The quote shows which message your text answers; it does not send the original again.
A quoted reply stays attached to the text you send. The conversation shows a short view of the original above your answer.

- Open the conversation and swipe the message you want to answer toward the centre. On a computer, right-click the message and choose Reply instead.
- Check the quoted message above the writing area.
- Write your answer and send it.
