Messaging needs a Gloa account. A salon also decides whether it accepts new conversations, so the option may not appear on every salon page.

- A question without sensitive information
- Open the salon's page and choose the message option. If you are signed out, sign in first.
- Write your question and send it. Keep payment card details and other sensitive information out of the message.
- Return to Messages to read the reply. The same conversation stays connected to that salon.
