When a conversation is closed to you
A group becomes unavailable after you leave, are removed, or the group is deleted.

In short
- Leaving a group stops its messages and removes your access.
- The same happens if a group manager removes you or deletes the group.
- Gloa then shows that the conversation is no longer available.

If you still need the conversation
- If you left or were removed, ask the group creator, a manager, or the salon owner to add you again.
- If the group was deleted, start a new group with the coworkers involved.
