Know where clients give consent
Separate acceptance of Gloa's legal documents from a client's choice to receive your offers.

- Clients accept Gloa's Terms and Privacy Policy when they open an account or book.
- During booking, a separate optional choice lets a client agree to receive that salon's offers.
- That marketing choice does not give permission for unrelated uses, including publishing a client photo.

A booking gives you the information needed to provide the appointment. It does not by itself show that the client wants promotional messages or agrees to a public use of their image.
- Open the client's record and read the consent choice before including the client in an offer. Unknown is not the same as consented.
- Leave a client's own unsubscribe choice in place.
- Ask separately before using information for a different purpose, such as publishing a photograph.
