In short

  • Verify the requester before disclosing personal information.
  • Review the client profile, notes, appointment activity, messages, photographs, and relevant payment records.
  • The client-list export helps review active client rows, but it is not a complete answer on its own.

Collect before answering

  • The request and a safe way to answer
  • The matching client record
  • Related appointments, messages, photos, and business records
  1. Confirm the request and verify the client's identity using only what is reasonably needed. Do not send the answer to an address you have not verified.
  2. Open the matching client record and review its contact details, tags, notes, consent choice, and appointment activity.
  3. Check related messages, photographs, and payment records rather than stopping at the client row.
  4. Answer in writing and explain any part you cannot provide and the legal reason.
The export does not show an archived clientReview the archived record separately. The client-list export contains active client rows.
