Choose points and rewards for your ladder

Set how points are earned, choose which services count, and add milestones with rewards before turning the program on.

In short

  • Set points for each completed visit and points based on eligible spending.
  • Let all services count, or select the active services that earn points.
  • Each milestone needs a name and points target; its reward can be none, a reduction or a free service.
  • Clients begin at zero unless you separately grant the saved welcome bonus.

Decide before you start

  • All services or selected services
  • The target and reward for each milestone
  1. Open the Rewards section in Studio and enter the points earned per visit and from spending.
  2. Choose All services or Selected services for earning. In Selected services, choose at least one active service; an empty selection saves as all services.
  3. Save the earning settings, then choose Add milestone.
  4. Name the milestone, enter its points target, and choose its reward and service scope.
  5. Review the journey preview and turn on the program when it matches your plan.
