In short

  • Choose whether clients earn points for visits, spending, all active services or selected services.
  • Each milestone has a name, a points target and a reward choice.
  • Review the full ladder before turning the program on.

Your ladder can award points for a visit and for spending. You can let every active service earn points or limit earning to selected services.

Before you turn it on

  • Check how clients earn points.
  • Check every milestone and its service.
  • Check the reward shown in the ladder.
  1. Open your loyalty settings and choose how points are earned. If only certain services count, select them before saving.
  2. Add a milestone. Give it a clear name and set the points a client needs to reach it.
  3. Choose its reward: no reward, a reduction, or a free service. For a reduction, decide whether it applies to any service or one specific service.
  4. Review the journey preview, save your changes, then turn the program on when the ladder reads the way you intend.

When points are earned on spending, they count what the client pays you for the visit, including a call-out charge when you travel to her. Gloa's own booking fee and sales tax are not part of it, so a client is never rewarded for money you did not receive. If you limit earning to certain services, spending counts those services only, and a call-out charge is not a service.

Existing visit history does not silently award old points when the program opens. If you want to recognize clients already in your book, set a welcome bonus, review its impact, and confirm the grant separately.
