Explain the proposed photo and public use before you take or publish it.
Ask for a clear choice that is separate from the appointment and from marketing consent. Posing for a photograph does not by itself prove agreement to publish it.
Keep enough information to show which images and public use the client accepted.
Confirm that consent when you add the before-and-after pair to your public page.

The pair will not save	Add both images and confirm that you hold the client's consent for public display.
The client withdrew permission	Remove the pair and stop every other public use that depended on that permission.
