Choose when clients pay

Without card payment setup, bookings stay pay in person. Once card payments are active, choose no deposit, a deposit or full payment for online bookings.

In short

Before card payments are active, clients pay you in person.
With card payments active, No deposit saves the card and charges the full amount when the free cancellation window closes.
A deposit takes part at booking, while Full takes the complete amount at booking.

Set up card payments if you want Gloa to take payment from online bookings.
Choose No deposit, Percent, Fixed or Full under Deposit at booking. The example below the choices shows what is taken now and what remains.
Save the deposit policy after checking the breakdown.

My bookings still say pay in person	Open Payments and complete the remaining card payment setup shown there.
I want the whole amount taken when booking	Choose Full under Deposit at booking and save.
