Set honest time

Duration is the appointment itself. If you need protected time after it for cleanup or preparation, add a buffer instead of making the client think the service takes longer.

Make the menu easy to read

  • Use categories for services a client naturally compares together.
  • Put common starting services before specialist or occasional choices.
  • Use Reorder to drag the full menu into place. Search and category filters clear while you reorder so no service is accidentally left out.
