Getting started

Open your business on Gloa and get ready to take bookings.

  1. Manage a chair you rent — Answer a host salon's invitation, choose what the host can see, set your chair days, and keep your business independent.
  2. Run a salon or work solo — The business type follows the account you chose and changes how people and services are managed.
  3. Get ready for your first booking — Check the few settings that decide whether a client can actually find a time.
  4. Open a salon or solo business — Choose the owner path that matches how you work, then open the business clients will book with.
  5. Change your name, address or phone — Update the business profile when the public name or contact details change.
  6. Know what clients see on your page — Your public page uses business contact details and only a limited display profile for each bookable team member.
  7. Choose your public page address — Claim a short custom address for the link you give clients, or keep the working business link Gloa already provides.
  8. Fix a refused or taken page address — A page address can be refused for its format, because it is reserved or because another business has used it.
  9. Share your page link and QR code — Use the link for messages and online profiles, or let clients scan the matching QR code to open the same page.
