Fix a refused or taken page address
A page address can be refused for its format, because it is reserved or because another business has used it.

- Correct a format message by using only lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens.
- If the address is reserved or taken, choose a different one; an address previously used by another business stays unavailable.
- Your business and its existing public link still work without the preferred custom address.

Choose the right fix
| The address is too short | Add more letters or numbers until the field accepts the length. |

| The address is not available | Try a recognizable variation, such as adding the city or the kind of service. |
| I changed the link too many times | Keep using the current link and try again when the message beneath the field allows another change. |

- Wait for the new availability result.
- Save only after the new address is shown as available.
