Can every service have a different booking length?

Yes. Each service carries its own duration and price, so the calendar makes the right space for whatever the client selects.

Who can read sensitivity and allergy notes?

Only your team writes and reads private notes, and the client does not see them on her file.

Can I require a deposit for selected appointments?

Yes. Payment terms are chosen service by service and shown clearly before the client confirms.

Can my small team share the schedule?

Each professional has her own calendar column, working name and client conversations, while her role controls what she can see.
