In short

  • The week view puts several days of the calendar together.
  • Appointments and blocked periods both occupy time in the week.
  • Check the staff name as well as the date and time before preparing for an appointment.

Path: Calendar › Week

  1. Open the Calendar and choose Week.
  2. Move to the week you need. Use Today to return to the current date.
  3. Read each appointment's day, time, and staff name.
