Why an action is unavailable
Separate a busy control from a role restriction, then take the shortest next step.

In short
- A control may be briefly unavailable while Gloa is loading or saving.
- A missing page or action usually means it is not part of your role.
- Extra access to salon-wide bookings and booking changes comes from the salon; ask the owner.

Gloa checks access again when an action is sent. That is why an old screen or an outdated session may still be refused.
| The button is greyed out | Wait for loading or saving to finish. If it stays unavailable, leave the action unchanged and ask the owner whether your role includes it. |
