Accept an invitation and sign in

Use the professional account the salon invited, accept the invitation, and enter its workspace.

In short

Sign in with the professional account whose username was invited.
Your pending invitation shows the salon, city when available, and the role offered.
Once you accept, Gloa refreshes your membership and opens the salon side.

Sign in to your professional account. An invitation is tied to the invited account, not just to your name.
Choose a professional username if Gloa asks for one.
Under Pending invites, check the salon and offered role.
Accept the invitation. Decline only if you do not want to join that salon.

You do not need to learn the whole salon setup. Start with your calendar, your reservations, Messages, and your own profile.

Calendar shows the appointments available to you and where they sit in the day.
Reservations gives you another way to open an appointment and read its details.
Messages opens your salon workspace, where your coworkers can reach you.
Your team profile holds your public photo, introduction, availability, and booking status.

I signed in, but no invitation appears	Check that this is the professional account whose username the salon used. If it is, ask the owner to verify that username.
Gloa says the invitation is no longer pending	Ask the owner to check your invitation before trying again.
