In short
- The owner controls each active member's role and individual access.
- Managers can help run the salon, but their access depends on what the owner allows.
- Team members can see their own non-financial performance and worked hours, but not salon revenue or commission figures.
A role is the starting point; individual access settings decide the rest. The owner controls these settings for each active member.
| Role and access changes | Owner only |
|---|---|
| Manager access | Set by the owner |
| Team member reporting | Own non-financial results and worked hours |
The roles
- The owner controls the business and is the only person who can change another member's role and individual access.
- A manager can help run the salon and can invite team members. Their other access depends on what the owner allows.
- A team member works from their own schedule and assigned appointments unless you give them wider calendar access.
Access you can grant
You can separately allow someone to view or edit all bookings, edit services, promotions, the team, or business details. Managers may also be allowed to view finances. Team members can see their own booking counts, client and rating results, and worked hours. They cannot see salon revenue or commission figures.
