The person needs a professional Gloa account and a username before you can invite them. An invitation does not add them to your calendar until they accept it.

  1. Open your team and choose to invite someone. Search for the professional by their username.
  2. Choose team member for day-to-day work, or manager for someone who helps run the salon. Only an owner can invite a manager.
  3. Send the invitation. It stays pending until the person accepts or declines it.
  4. After they accept, set their public profile, working hours, and the services they perform before clients start booking with them.
