Read a client's history and numbers
Use a client record to understand visits, upcoming appointments, absences, spending, and booking history.

In short
- Activity shows visits, first and last visit, upcoming appointments, and no-shows.
- Spending and appointment prices appear only when you have permission to view finances.
- Booking history lists the service, date, status, and, when permitted, price.
- Imported history is shown separately from activity recorded through Gloa.

| No-shows | Appointments recorded with a no-show status |
- Open the client from Clients.
- Read Activity for the client's current visit totals and dates.
- Read Booking history for the service, date, and status of individual appointments. Check the status before treating an appointment as a completed visit.
- Read Imported history separately when the client came from an imported list.
