Manage tags, consent, and private notes

Organize a client record, record the right marketing choice, and keep service notes useful.

  1. Open the client record.
  2. Write or correct the private note. Avoid payment details, passwords, guesses, and unrelated sensitive information.
  3. Add or remove tags.
  4. Choose the client's marketing consent status.
  5. Save the changes.
I cannot change Do not contactThe client unsubscribed themselves. Only the client can resubscribe from their Offers page.
My note, tag, or consent choice did not stayMake the change again and choose Save changes before leaving the record.
