Is Independent free?

Independent is free during launch. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any change, and no charge will begin without your consent.

Can I use Gloa if I work from a studio or salon?

Yes. Independent is for professionals working on their own, whether they work in a salon, studio or home-based space.

Can I bring my client list?

Yes. You can import client records and export your client records along with available accounting documents.

Can I set deposits and cancellation terms?

Yes. You set your business’s payment requirements, and clients see the applicable terms before they confirm.
