In short
- The salon controls which professionals are assigned to each service.
- You cannot change those service assignments from your team account.
- Ask the salon owner or manager to correct a missing or unwanted assignment.

When a service has specific team assignments, clients are offered only active, bookable professionals assigned to it. If it has no specific assignments, all active, bookable professionals can be eligible.
Tell the salon
- The exact service that is missing from your choices.
- Any service for which clients should no longer be able to choose you.
